Rehearsal dates and times will be communicated prior to auditions. All absences known prior to auditions must be noted on the Audition Form. Students must be available for all required rehearsal dates. Each performer is allowed a limited number of absences each season.

Parents are asked to volunteer their time and talents in one of our many volunteer positions within each production season. There will be a parent meeting held at the beginning of each production (1 parent must attend) where parents can learn about available opportunities.

Placement in a main stage production, the winter play and spring musical, is determined through an audition process. 

Participation in classes and intensives is registration based and does not require an audition.

Costumes: Performers are responsible for sourcing their own costumes under the guidance of the director.

Make Up: Each performer will pay a $28 fee for a Ben Nye Student Make Up Kit. (Kit will last for more than one production.)

Program Ads: Each performer is responsible to sell a minimum of $100 in ads for each production. Resources and more information is given at kick off meetings to help with sales.
